Operation Footprint co-director Dr. Marc Benard is a 32 year Rotarian and a current member of the Southern Pines Rotary Club in District 7690, in North Carolina. He is also the current District 7690 Director of International Service, having served in that capacity for District 5280 in 2013-2014 as well.
